Live Here, Always
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach — The legend, lived daily
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach — Ritz-Carlton service, kept in thirty homes on the same block as the hotel, from the first welcome to every farewell.
Two landmarks share the block. The Sagamore, drawn by Albert Anis, was the original “Art Hotel” of Miami Beach; the DiLido, drawn by Morris Lapidus, is today The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. Both façades are kept as they were, and the Sagamore returns as a wing of suites for the hotel, its legacy of art carried on in curated exhibitions.
The residences rise behind them, over the hotel’s former cabana building, and take their manners from next door. Belonging to this block means the hotel is close in every sense: its restaurants, its beach club and its people are a few steps away.
The Household
Where you belong
The Ritz-Carlton opened its first residences in Washington, D.C., and the idea has held ever since: the standards of the hotel, brought home and kept by people who come to know the household well.
“…you can plan less and be more present.” Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos · Flag Luxury Group
Here that means a beach concierge who has the umbrellas set before you reach the sand, valet at the door, and pet care.
For the children there is Ritz Kids next door, and for the end of the afternoon, The Ritz-Carlton Spa. The house is ready when you return, and in the morning the day is already in hand.
