One to Five Bedrooms · Fifteen Stories
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach — Thirty houses by the sea
Each residence is custom-designed around a wraparound terrace, with the panoramic Atlantic or the city filling the glass.
The Collection
Planned the way a beach house is
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach number thirty in all, from one to five bedrooms, in a boutique tower of fifteen stories. Each is custom-designed, and each begins where a beach house begins: with the terrace, the light and the long view out to sea.
Living and dining rooms share a single span of glass, with the kitchen open beside them and the terrace a step away. Bedrooms look to the ocean or back over the city, where the low white rooftops of the Art Deco district hold the afternoon sun.
The Penthouses
Two duplexes at the crown
At the top of the tower, two duplex penthouses rise through two floors. A stair turns through the great room like a piece of sculpture, and above it each home keeps a rooftop of its own, with a private pool and an outdoor kitchen.
With their terraces, the largest homes of the collection reach 8,104 square feet. Baths are composed as rooms of their own, the tub set against the glass and the sea close enough to belong to it.
